The Franke Building is a flexible venue ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, cocktail receptions, and social gatherings. 

The venue can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Rental includes access to the atrium and 2 courtyard areas.

The rental fee includes access to the space for your event timeframe. The Franke Building is a blank-slate venue — tables, chairs, linens, bar, catering, and décor are not included and must be arranged through outside vendors.

No. The Franke Building does not offer in-house food or beverage services. We work with a preferred list of licensed and insured caterers and bar service providers. Vendors outside this list may require prior approval.

Rentals are offered for 5 hours (not counting setup and breakdown time). Venue rental fees can be adjusted for shorter events.

Clients are responsible for coordinating setup and breakdown through their vendors. Our venue coordinator will serve as your point of contact on the day of the event, but venue staff do not assist with setup or breakdown. All items must be removed by the end of contracted time.

A separate cleaning fee is added to each contract.

Yes. A licensed and insured wedding planner is required for all weddings. At minimum, month-of coordinator must be secured no later than 60 days prior to the event date.

Yes. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) at least 30 days prior to the event.

Yes. We provide a curated list of trusted vendors who are familiar with the space to help ensure a smooth event.

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date. A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the venue fee, plus a $500 refundable damage deposit, is due upon signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
